The Lauth Group is seeking a Rezone of property from Industrial-1 to Planned Unit Development (PUD) to include associated development standards and a concept plan for 204 market-rate apartments and 2 light industrial buildings (85,000 SF and 156,000 SF). No decision has been made yet by the Town Council.

An informational meeting will be conducted by the developer (Lauth Group) at Town Hall on Tuesday, March 12th at 6 PM.
On Monday, March 18th at 6:30 PM, the Town Council will be providing their initial feedback on the proposal.
A Public Hearing will be held at the Plan Commission meeting on Tuesday, March 26th at 6:30 PM at Town Hall and via Zoom. The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Town Council to be heard at the Monday, April 1st Town Council meeting.
