US 36 / Broadway Construction Update Starting tomorrow, Thursday, October 17th, Milestone Contractors will begin its milling operation in preparation for surface asphalt. Milling will occur on the side streets along US 36 / Broadway and at each end of the work zone.
Beginning Monday, October 21st, Milestone Contractors will surface hot mix asphalt on US 36 / Broadway. Milestone Contractors will flag oncoming traffic during the surface-asphalt process.
Then, Milestone Contractors will finish the mainline and approach paving on Thursday, October 24th.
The construction project is scheduled to finish in mid-November per plan.
