Fortville Dog Park (in Memorial Park)

Annual Membership Passes to the Fortville Dog Park are issued for one year and are valid for 365 days from January 1st through December 31st of the current year. It is possible that a membership may be refused if the total membership exceeds the 500-member limit for the park. Memberships will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

All members must be at least 18 years of age and present proof of current pet vaccinations for membership to be considered. All members are responsible for keeping their dog(s) vaccinations up to date at all times. All members are responsible for keeping their records with the Fortville Parks Department via the Town of Fortville's Utility and Accounts Payable office.

The Fortville Dog Park hours are from dawn to dusk, 365 days a year. The Fortville Parks Department reserves the right to close Memorial Park Dog Park at any time for maintenance or any other reason deemed appropriate by the Fortville Parks Department or the Town of Fortville.

To receive your key to the dog park, you must fill out the Membership Application completely and bring to the Town Hall (714 E. Broadway) along with a copy of the vaccination records documenting vaccinations for rabies, Bordatella (kennel cough), and five-way shot along with payment of $40.00 for one pet per year.
