  • Solicitor Info Needed with Application:
    • A color copy of each individual's driver's license, and/or state-issued identification card.
    • A copy of the required $500.00 Surety Bond.
    • A small color facial photo, of each individual participating, or preferably a digital color photo that can be emailed to [email protected].
  • Once your application is complete and includes all required documents, please visit Fortville Town Hall to submit payment for the application and background check fees. After payment is received, your background check will be processed. When your solicitor ID/permit is ready, Lt. Lyons will contact you directly.
