For those of you cruising along Fortville’s Main & Michigan Streets, you may have noticed the new banners honoring Fortville’s Hometown Heroes. These banners honor the past and present members of our Armed Forces, First Responders, and their families.

The Fortville Hometown Heroes campaign was initiated by Cindy Carmack, joined by Jim Anderson, Larry Cannaday, and Garen Waters. With the approval of the Town Council, the project was funded by the families and/or sponsors who then provide the information and purchases their banner to honor their hometown hero.

The high-quality banners are printed on durable vinyl and hardware with black powder coated brackets for more decorative lamp posts fiberglass arms with reinforced sleeves for ease of installation and longevity.
